I have been an active licensed Realtor for 25 years, and obtained my real estate Broker’s license 12 years ago. I am an independent Broker, and Broker/Owner of Land’s End Properties Inc.
I represent Buyers and Sellers of residential real estate, and I also manage residential real estate for owners of Income properties, including single-family homes, individually owned condos and townhomes, and apartment buildings up to 15 units.
I served the Greater South Bay area of Los Angeles County, specializing in the cities of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro, Lomita, Torrance, and the beach cities.
I have lived in Southern California for most of my life, and have lived in San Pedro for 35 years. I’ve been married to my wife Christine for 36 years, and we have a 30-year-old son who is a Los Angeles County Firefighter. We have extended family around the area, and I am active in my church, which is Hope Chapel in Hermosa Beach.
A team of one, with lots of colleagues who are Realtors, and who are in Real Estate support field, such as Escrow, Title, lending and insurance, pest control, and more.
