TechRealto provides a range of services designed to help real estate professionals grow their businesses, including:

• Business Profile: Customized business profiles that enhance visibility online.
• Business Card (E-Card): Digital business cards for easy sharing.
• Leads: ISA Verified leads, live transfers, and exclusive zip codes.
• Commission Structure: Referral fees for successfully closed deals.
• SEO & Google Ranking: Optimization of business presence on Google.
• CRM Software: Client relationship management tools to streamline processes.
• Web Development: Personalized website development services.
• Meta Tagging: Enhancement of search engine visibility.
• Customer Support: Dedicated support to assist with all queries and technical issues.

4. Fees and Payments

TechRealto offers four payment plans:

• Starter Plan: $399 Yearly
• Agent Plan: $599 One Time
• Premium Agent Plan: $1999 One Time
• Pay Per Lead Plan: $249 Monthly

These plans are subject to the payment terms outlined in our website. All payments are non-refundable unless specified in the service agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Not use the services for fraudulent activities.
• Agree to maintain confidentiality as outlined in our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Pay any applicable fees according to the selected plan.

6. Account Termination

TechRealto reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user’s account under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Compliance with Terms: If the user fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, improper use of services, or failure to pay fees.
2. Fraudulent Activity: If a user engages in deceptive or dishonest practices such as:
   • Misappropriating leads provided by TechRealto.
   • Closing deals under false pretenses (e.g., diverting leads to another realtor to avoid referral fees).
   • Falsifying the completion of transactions in an attempt to evade the 20% referral commission.
3. Failure to Report Successful Closures: If a user fails to report a successfully closed lead or does not provide the necessary documentation or payment related to the referral fee, TechRealto reserves the right to terminate the account.
4. Disputing Fees Inappropriately: If the user disputes fees (such as membership or referral fees) without valid grounds, TechRealto will take immediate action to resolve the dispute and may terminate the account if necessary.
5. Case Handling & Legal Action: In cases of fraud or non-payment, TechRealto will initiate legal proceedings to recover outstanding fees and commissions. The user will be responsible for any legal fees, including attorney fees, incurred during the dispute resolution process. If the dispute is resolved in favor of TechRealto, the user will also be responsible for reimbursing any associated costs.

In all cases, TechRealto reserves the right to deactivate accounts, terminate services, or take legal action as deemed necessary, to protect the integrity of our platform and ensure compliance with our Terms.

7. Data Retention and Privacy

TechRealto retains user data as described in our [Privacy Policy]. We do not store sensitive data except for basic user information necessary for service provision. Data is retained as per the agreed retention period.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of TechRealto’s services, the following procedures will apply:

• Arbitration: Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in the state of Wyoming, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will be the sole and exclusive remedy for resolving any disputes, and both parties waive their right to pursue litigation in court, except as otherwise provided by law.
• Court Action: If arbitration is not applicable, or if either party seeks relief in a court of law, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Wyoming. The parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and agree to abide by their decisions.
• Legal Fees: In the event of a legal dispute, the prevailing party (TechRealto or the user) will be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees, including attorney fees, from the other party.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechRealto is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. Users acknowledge that they are responsible for any actions taken with the leads or services provided by TechRealto.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, website content, and proprietary technology, is owned by TechRealto and protected under U.S. law. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited.

11. Modification of Terms

TechRealto reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or website notification. Continued use of services after modifications indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes related to them will be governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, USA.
